D&W Tool has been working with Metallizing companies for over 30 years providing springs and holders for all metallizing needs. We have been working with companies that metallize a wide array of products in many industries. Take a look at our metallizing products listed on the right side of the page. This will give you a glimpse of the work that we have done in the past for these industries, however, keep in mind that this list is not exhaustive. Springs

  • D&W Tool offers wire springs, flat springs, and assemblies.

Racking Aids

D&W Tool manufactures many types of racking aids, which include springs, clips, wires, and other holders and fasteners.

Through our years of experience we have designed and fabricated thousands of styles of holders to meet our customer's needs and will continue to design more as needed.

  • We use a technique of slotting the square bars which enables the wire springs to hold more firmly and prevents the springs from wobbling.
  • We also space the slots on the square bars at intervals which makes accommodating any part easy.
  • Further we can supply these bars in a variety of sizes depending on your job.

Closure holders can be made from 6mm to 57mm. Due to the precision that is involved when dealing with closure holders, we ask that you please send us a sample of the part you need to hold. This way we can ensure an exact match.
